I did a bunch more updating of my trails section last night. I added info for Black Hills Regional park. I also added a new image map and overview of the popular trails in our area,
Check it out and let me know what you think. I’m eager to learn if folks think this info is useful.

Hey Jason,
This is good stuff! I like the elevation profile and GPS info…I’ve been meaning to add some of that to the reviews on my site. The more info available on trails in the area the better. I haven’t ridden many Maryland trails yet so these early reviews are especially helpful for me.
Thanks,
Graham
I think it’s great. Keep up pthe good work
Jason – Cool stuff guy! Keep it coming.
FYI – The trail liaison for Black Hill (no ‘s’) is Chris Wickman. He’s the guy whose head is just over my right shoulder in the photo you used.
Looking forward to getting back on the trail with you.
Bob
One suggestion: some sort of a grade for the following categories: mud and uphill. For example, Black Hills would have a 4 out of 5 mud grade and a 2/5 uphill grade, while Gambrill would be 1/5 for mud and 4/5 in uphill. That would allow for a quick glance at what to expect without necessarily reading the entire thing and putting on the appropriate tires for example.
I would also add whether (and if so, where) water could be found anywhere in the park. It could be especially important during those very hot summer days. Also, if I’d knew the location of a water fountain, I might leave the parking lot with less water in the camelback.
Anyway, just a suggestion
